In the News: Sixteen Rivers Press’ “A Courage of Poets” Gathering on February 6, 2026
The Sixteen Rivers Press-sponsored “A Courage of Poets” event on February 6, 2026 to honor and remember people killed by ICE was featured in The Press Democrat and Sacramento Today. Over 200 participants recited 2-3 lines of poetry to create one collective poem. California State Poet Laureate Lee Herrick recited the final lines.
